How an order is completed from inquiry:

3. You arrange the mold fee or deposit once the artwork is confirmed for sampling or bulk production directly
4. Sample for your confirmation, sample photo via email or actual sample send to you are both acceptable
5. Proceed with bulk production once sample is confirmed
6. You wire the balance payment prior to the ETD of cargo, cargo sent out once we get your payment
7. You receive the items at your side (Free replacement can be offered if you are not happy with the defective ones)
